How We Work

Step 1: Enquire

Submit an enquiry via our contact form and tell us everything we need to know about your special day as well as your preferred BTS package. We'll come back to you within 48 hours to confirm our availability.

Step 2: Confirmation

Once we confirm our availability and we discuss what you're looking for in terms of content, we will send you a booking form to complete and ask for a 25% invoice is paid to secure your wedding date.

We will be in touch 4 weeks prior to your wedding date to arrange a pre-wedding consultation.

Step 3: Consultation

Once your run sheet is finalised approximately 4 weeks prior to your wedding date, we will arrange a time to chat about your big day. In this consultation we go through your run sheet, any preferences or priorities for when it comes to content - what kind of vibe you're after or if there's anything specific you'd like captured. We can also discuss any additional requests such as a second shooter, polaroids or film photography.

Step 4: The Big Day

We capture all of the big and in-between moments on your wedding day, working in sync with your photographer and videographer on the day. We transfer all of the raw content, as well as the highlight reels as part of your package within 24 hours of your wedding.
